WHY GSD EXISTS

I built GSD with Kenzie because I’m unusually good at stepping into the middle of a business, understanding how it works, and making myself useful quickly. I notice gaps. I remember details. I ask the questions that prevent next week’s fire. Most importantly, I follow through.
My background spans executive and administrative support, operations, digital projects, content production, client communication, and the backend systems nobody notices until they stop working. That range is not a lack of focus. It is exactly why I can connect dots across a business instead of seeing every request as an isolated task.

I’m equal parts organized professional and “let me see if I can figure that out” person. I like smart systems, honest communication, good design, and technology that earns its keep. I bring a sense of humor to the work, stay calm when things get messy, and will absolutely keep Googling, testing, or asking better questions until the weird problem is solved.
